THREE TURN HOBBIES INTO A NEW BUSINESS

Two Virginia Tech employees and a local businessman have turned their hobbies into a new business with Third Base Sports Cards on North Main Street in Blacksburg.

The shop, located at 807-B North Main Street, sells football, baseball, basketball and hockey cards and memorabilia such as autographed items, buttons and programs.

It is open weekdays, 3-8 p.m., Saturdays, 11 a.m.- 6 p.m., and Sundays, noon to 6 p.m. Call 552-3909 for more information.
