BLAND PLANS RECYCLING SESSION

"We hope that a lot of the citizens will come to that so we can share information," said Foli Taylor, a member of the county's recycling committee.

She said the group has set up recycling containers across from the Bland Community Building. The containers are open Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. to take glass bottles and jars, plastic soft drink and milk containers, newspapers and mixed metal and aluminum cans.
