NORFOLK STATE WOMEN LOSE 60-58

Traci Seymour scored with 1:25 left Saturday night to lift Bentley to a 60-58 victory over Norfolk State for third place in the NCAA Division II women's basketball tournament.

Bentley, which led 38-33 at halftime, squandered a seven-point lead before rallying. The Falcons (33-3) used Patrice Misiano's free throw to tie after Norfolk State (33-2) gained a 58-57 edge.

Seymour had 20 points and 12 rebounds, Misiano and Kim Penwell each scored 11 points and Missy Wolfe added 10 for Bentley.

DeShonne Anderson and Tracy Saunders scored 13 and 12 points, respectively, for Norfolk State.
