VICTORY SCULPTURE TO BE GIVEN TO CHURCH

The sculpture's dominant figure with outstretched wings stands above three smaller figures that are clasping hands in a sense of unity and looking up in thanks for the freedom given them by the main figure, sculptor Demetrios Mavroudis said.

The work will be presented at Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Cathedral of Virginia.
