Wendy S. Pratt and Philip L. Chidester are engaged and planning to be married April 1992. Wendy is the daughter of Larry J. and Susan K. Pratt of Hardy, Va. She graduated from William Fleming High School and is employed by Holiday Inn, South. Philip is the son of Rev. and Mrs. A. Benjamin Chidester. He attended the University of Buffalo, Buffalo, N. Y., and is employed by Berglund Chevrolet, Inc.
