Mr. and Mrs. T. Edward Simmons of Elliston would like to announce the engagement of their daughter, Crystal Leigh, to Robert Merrell Wooten, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Wooten of Roanoke. Crystal is a graduate of Shawsville High School. Robert is a graduate of Northside High School and is currently employed as an assistant manager of Country Cookin'. A July wedding is planned at First Baptist Church of Elliston, Va.
