Effie Lauren Williams was born February 28, 1991, at 4:23 p.m. at Community Hospital, Roanoke, Va. She weighed 7 lbs. 14 ozs., and was 20 inches long. Her parents are Andy and Maronda Williams. She has one brother, Stephen Anderson Williams, 2 1/2 years old. Her grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. T.D. Lee; and the late Mr. and Mrs. Ernest R. Williams.
