Florence Grogan Webb, age 69, of Hanover Ave., N. W., passed away in a local nursing home on Friday. Survivors include her husband, William Rufus Webb, Roanoke; six sisters, Ethel Headen, Clara Grogan, Hazel Grogan, all of Roanoke; Elizabeth Martin, Ruby Swain, and Virgie Grogan, all of New York City; three brothers, Buster Grogan, and Ernest Grogan, both of Roanoke; Ed Grogan, Buchanan, Va.; nieces, nephews and other relatives.
