W&M MEN GYMNASTS WIN STATE TITLE AGAIN

William and Mary scored a state-record 268.05 points Sunday en route to its 17th straight Virginia State Men's Gymnastics championship at Radford University.

W&M was paced by sophomore Dan Krovich, who won the all-around title with a score of 55.2 and set state meet records on both the parallel bars (9.55) and rings (9.7).

David Trites and Jerrell Steele paced runner-up Radford's 254.10 total. Trites won the high-bar competition (9.4) and placed fourth in all-around (52.7), while Steele won the vault (9.3) and finished sixth in all-around (51.75).
