Leonard Augustus Morris, age 27, of Arbutus Ave., S.E., passed away Saturday, March 23, 1991. Survivors include his parents, Allen Morris and Mary Morris, Springhill, Fla.; his mother-in-law, Beverly Owensby, Charleston, S.C.; father-in-law, Edward Johnson; his wife, Vivian Morris; two sons, Leonard Augustus Morris, II, Charles Alexander Morris; one daughter, Christian Yolandra Morris, all of Roanoke; two brothers, Dennis Morris, Dasmond Morris, both of Brooklyn, N.Y.; one brother-in-law, Rodney Billingsley, Miami, Fla.; five sisters-in-law, Yvette Coleman, Philadelphia, Penn.; Bonita Russel, Naples, Italy; Pamela Owensby, Michelle Owensby, both of Charleston, S.C.; Angela Morris, Brooklyn, N.Y.; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:30 to 7:00 p.m. at Hamlar-Curtis Funeral Home. The funeral will follow at 7:00 p.m. Burial will be in Charleston, S.C. Saturday.
