OBIT WALKO, P.

Paul Vincent Walko, age 69, died Monday in a Radford hospital. He was a retired postal worker and a veteran of World War II. Surviving are his wife, Jean R. Walko, Dublin; two daughters, Jean Simpkins, Dublin; Virginia Weaver, Arvada, Colo.; two brothers, John Walko, Centerville, Ohio; Steve Walko, Bercenfield, N.J.; four grandchildren also survive. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the DeVilbiss Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Tom Magri officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday at the DeVilbiss Funeral Home.
