WEEKLY PAPER'S EDITOR IS OUTSTANDING CITIZEN

Ann Gregory, editor of the weekly Clinch Valley Times at Saint Paul and vice chairman of the Wise County School Board, has been named the county's 1990 Outstanding Citizen by the Chamber of Commerce.

Gregory has served on the Virginia School Board Association, National School Board Association's Southern Region, Governor's Advisory Committee on Block Grants and Virginia Council on Vocational Education.

The chamber also presented a service award to the C. Bascom Slemp Foundation for its scholarships and projects it has funded. - Southwest bureau
