REMEMBER FIRST AMENDMENT

PEOPLE LIKE Paige Conner (letter, March 10) have a "holier than thou" attitude. She seems to have forgotten about the First Amendment to the Constitution, granting freedom of speech, which means expressing your own opinions.

Ms. Conner feels free to criticize other people for expressing their own opinions but wouldn't like to be criticized for hers. Perhaps she should refresh her memory by reading the Bill of Rights. SHEILA NOELL VINTON
