Both were put on supervised probation for five years.
Rebecca Lorraine Gill, 31, pleaded guilty to possession of controlled drugs with intent to distribute, and obtaining controlled drugs by fraud. She stole $4,500 in drugs from Martin's Pharmacy in Pulaski where she worked, Shockley said.
Members of the Pulaski County Drug Task Force put a surveillance camera in the store's ceiling after receiving a tip in October that drugs were being stolen. Judge A. Dow Owens ordered Gill to make restitution for the stolen drugs.
Marshall Franklin Metz Jr., 29, pleaded guilty to punching a woman after a fight with her boyfriend. Metz had fought with a man at the Hill Top Restaurant in November and was told to leave the premises. Metz returned and hit the man's girlfriend in the face with his fist, causing injuries that need surgery.
