THOREAU PLAY IS PART OF COLLEGE SYMPOSIUM

The play is performed by Playmakers Inc. of Christiansburg and directed by Bob Gribben. There is no admission charge.

The performance, in Richardson Auditorium of Rooker Hall, is in conjunction with the Virginia Humanities Conference 1991 Symposium at Mountain Lake April 12-13.

The theme of the symposium, which is sponsored by the community college, is "The Transcendental Spirit: Fronting the Essentials."
