Mrs. Eula Reed Underwood, age 93, of Salem, died Thursday. She is survived by one son, Dea Evans Underwood, Jr., Roanoke County; two daughters, Mrs. Dudley (Phyllis) Meadows, Roanoke; Mrs. Tommy (Dorothy) Tingler, Salem; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 1 at 2:00 p.m. at the Lotz Salem Chapel with the Rev. Jerry Naff and the Rev. Carl Ziegler officiating. Interment will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Oakgrove Church of the Brethren Organ Fund. Friends may call at Lotz Salem Chapel after 1:00 p.m. Sunday.
