EX-STOCK EXCHANGE CHIEF TO BE AT COLLEGE

Paul Kolton, former chairman and chief executive officer of the American Stock Exchange, will be at Clinch Valley College Sunday through next Friday as part of the Woodrow Wilson Visiting Fellows Program.

Kolton, currently chairman of the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council, will give a public address Monday at 7:30 p.m. on "American Business in the '90s: After the Gulf War." He will take part in a symposium Tuesday at 7 p.m. on business education in a liberal arts college environment.

He will take part in accounting, economics, English and management classes while on campus. Before joining the American Stock Exchange, he was vice president and public information director of the New York Stock Exchange. - Southwest bureau
