FLORA, CECIL R.\ Mr. Cecil Ramon Flora, age 83, of Route 1, died Saturday, March 30, 1991, in a Roanoke hospital. He was born in Franklin County, November 10, 1907. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Essie Anderson Flora of the home; one son and daughter-in-law, David Cornelius and Janie Flora, Boones Mill; three grandchildren, Van Flora and Gary D. Flora, both of Boones Mill; Debbie Altice, Rocky Mount; four great-grandchildren, Michael and Caleb Flora, Justin and Karen Altice; one stepgreat-grandchild, Rebecca Talbert; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Wilford and Edith Flora, Boones Mill; Roy and Lottie Flora, Rocky Mount; one sister, Mrs. Lois King, Salem. Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 2:00 p.m. at the Arrington-Bussey Chapel by the Rev. Fred Driver. Burial will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 132 W. Campbell Ave., Roanoke, Va., 24011, or to the Germantown Brick Church of the Brethren, Route 1, Box 1950, Rocky Mount, Va., 24151. The family will receive friends Sunday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Arrington-Bussey Funeral Home in Rocky Mount.
