Sara E. Clark and James W. Quigley are engaged and plan to be married in October. Sara is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William F. Clark of Roanoke. Jim is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert S. Quigley, also of Roanoke. Sara attends Roanoke College and works for CorEast Federal. Jim graduated from Radford University and is employed by Dibert Valve & Fitting Co., Inc.
