Victoria Jorda Farrelly and Eddie M. Bailey, II, are engaged and planning to be married on May 4, 1991. Victoria is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles B. Farrelly of Roanoke. She graduated from Patrick Henry High School and attended UNC in Greensboro and graduated from Southeastern Florida. She is employed by Seagull Enterprises in New York City (based in Fort Lauderdale). Eddie is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Eddie M. Bailey. He graduated from Hooks High School in Hooks, Texas, and attended the University of Texas in Arlington. He is employed by Seagull Enterprises in New York City (based in Fort Lauderdale.
