Mr. and Mrs. J. Richard Rader announce the engagement of their daughter, Susan Flora Rader, to Gregg W. Snow. She was graduated from Lord Botetourt High School and the University of Virginia. She is employed by Mobil Corporation, Fairfax, Va.

He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. William E. Snow, of Lorton, Va. He graduated from Hayfield High School, Fairfax County, and from the University of Virginia. He is employed by Halpert and Company, Washington, D.C.

The wedding will be August 31, 1991.
