Mr. Joe D. Turpin, Salem and Mrs. Rebecca H. Clark, Roanoke, announce the engagement of their daughter, Kathryn Marie to Jandel Monroe Foley, son of Mr. and Mrs. James M. Foley, Salem. She graduated from Salem High School and Va. Western C.C., and is employed by Lonesome Pine Technology. He graduated from Salem High School and is employed by the Kroger Company. A September 28th wedding is planned.
