Mrs. Sarah Roxie Likens, age 87, of Roanoke, died Saturday in a Salem hospital. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Vernon Samuel and Vivian Likens, Roanoke County; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 2, at 11:00 a.m. at the Lotz Salem Chapel with the Rev. Herbert E. Sublett officiating. Interment will be in Sherwood Memorial Park. Friends may call at the Lotz Salem Chapel after 12:00 noon Monday.
