YOUTHS' BENEFIT SHOW MEMORABLE

ON MARCH 10 at the Roanoke Civic Center, 78 young ladies and gentlemen participated in the first Annual Magic Talent-Fashion Show for the benefit of the American Red Cross.

Roanoke city's Youth Club, sponsored by Marion Crenshaw, began planning the show three months ago to raise money for the families of Desert Storm. Students from all over Roanoke put on a fabulous singing, dancing, rapping and modeling show that will be long remembered by the 400 in attendance.

The public should know that race relations in Roanoke were 100 percent positive at the auditions, rehearsals and performance.
