ROANOKE MAN ROBBED WHILE WORKING IN YARD

A Southwest Roanoke man was robbed Tuesday night after two men approached him in the 1400 block of Campbell Avenue Southwest.

Roanoke police said James D. Clark was doing some woodwork in his yard when the men asked if he knew anyone who needed marijuana.

The two came back a short time later with a gun, police said. Clark gave them a small amount of money before they fled.
