MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS TOPIC OF CONFERENCE

An interactive video conference will be held April 24 in Richardson Auditorium at New River Community College on "How to Change to a Quality Culture."

The program will discuss organizational values and expectations that must change for a total quality management system to work. The seminar leader will be Harold Kurstedt, director of the management systems laboratory at Virginia Tech's College of Engineering.

The conference is being sponsored by the U.S. Army Armament, Munitions and Chemical Command with Hercules Inc., Radford Army Ammunition Plant, New River Community College and the Virginia Productivity Center.

The cost is $35 per person or $25 per person with three or more from the same company. Registration will be held 11:30-11:45 a.m. Call Peggy Atkins at New River Community College at 674-3625.
