RADFORD - William Bevin Tinley, Sr., 69, died Thursday in a Radford hospital. He was a retired employee of the Lynchburg Foundry Company. Surviving are his wife, Ruby B. Tinley; two sons, John H. Tinley of Dublin; Thomas E. Tinley, Sr. of Radford; two brothers, John Tinley of Radford; Howard Tinley, Pawtucket, R.I.; one sister, Nina Graham of Radford; four grandchildren, Tammye Nolan, T. J. Tinley, Angela Tinley, and Ricky Tinley. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the DeVilbiss Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Bob Ferguson and The Rev. Russell Gordon officiating. Interment will follow in Westview Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Friday at the DeVilbiss Funeral Home.
