HAVE A BULB: More than 50,000 tulips in three historic gardens are the basis of Richmond's Tulipomania Flower Festival. It continues through April 14 at three locations: Agecroft Hall, an Elizabethan mansion with 17th-century gardens; Virginia House, a reconstructed English manor house owned by the Virginia Historical Society; and at the Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden.

MEN AND BOYS: They make up the York Minster Choir from England, which will perform Sunday afternoon at 4 at Greene Memorial United Methodist Church in Roanoke.
The cathedral choir is reputedly fabulous. It performs frequently on the BBC, tours widely and has several recordings to its credit.

DEMON DRUMMERS: Ondekoza, a renowned group of Japanese percussionists on a three-year U.S. tour, will perform Monday night at 7:30 at Preston Auditorium of Radford University.
The performance will include drum routines, dance, mime and musical interludes on instruments ranging from the bamboo vertical flute to drums weighing 700 pounds.
The drummers attempt to echo the sounds of nature - the pounding of ocean waves and the crack of thunder.
