Cyril Charles Morgan, age 82, of Clearwater, Fla., died Thursday, April 4, 1991, in Clearwater. He was born in Altoona, Pa., and came to Clearwater, Fla., in 1973 from Roanoke. He was a retired Food Broker once employed by Roberts & Morgan Food Brokerage in Roanoke, Va. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Clearwater and the Second Presbyterian Church of Roanoke. He was a retired Lt. Col. from the U.S. Army. He was also a member of the Clearwater Country Club of Clearwater and the Roanoke Country Club of Roanoke. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Roanoke Chamber of Commerce. He was past President of the Roanoke Food Broker's Association and an officer of the National Frozen Foods Association. Survivors include his wife, Ann Howard Morgan, Clearwater; two sons, Cyril Charles Morgan Jr., Tampa, Fla.; Charles Randolph Morgan, New York City, N.Y.; two daughters, Elizabeth Ann Morgan, Miami, Fla; Jane Morgan Engstrom, Lakeville, Mass.; three sisters, Dorothy Morgan Roberts, Satellite Beach, Fla; Beatrice Morgan Bevan, Virginia Beach; Helen Morgan Brennan, Virginia Beach; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The interment will take place at Evergreen Cemetery, Roanoke, Va. Moss-Feaster Funeral Homes, Fort Harrison Chapel.
