Ralph Spinner departed this life Thursday in Community Hospital in Roanoke. Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 1:00 p.m. at the Otterville Baptist Church in Bedford County. The funeral will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 7:00 to 8:00 at the Bedford Funeral Home.
