ATKINSON, CLARENCE W.

Clarence Willie Atkinson, age 91 of Roanoke, passed away Thursday in a local hospital. He was predeceased by his wife, Lillie Chittum Atkinson. Surviving are two sons, Willie Harston Atkinson, Salem; Leonard W. Atkinson, Cartersville, Ga.; one sister, Annie A. Stanley, Vinton; also seven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 8, 1991 from the Lotz Vinton Chapel. Dr. Denver Davis and Dr. Bill Ross will officiate. Burial to follow in Daleville Cemetery. Friends may call at Lotz Vinton Chapel.
