"This program will enable persons to remain at home and decrease the inconvenience and expense that hospital and nursing home admissions can present," said Dr. C.M.G. Buttery, state health commissioner.
Patients may receive up to four hours of care per day. Services include grooming, help with cooking, dressing, light housekeeping and monitoring health measurements such as blood pressure and weight.
