COUNCIL, COALITION CO-SPONSOR CLEANUP

The Clean Valley Council and the Coalition for a Clean River are joining forces this year to sponsor Clean Valley and River Day 1991 from 9 a.m. till noon on April 20.

The groups previously had separate cleanup days but opted this year to target all areas in the valley that are in need of sprucing up. Combined, their events involve about 1,000 volunteers, according to the Clean Valley Council.
