Sally Ann Boxley Cooke, age 81, widow of Dr. William L. Cooke, died Saturday morning at her home in Charleston, W.Va. She is survived by her sister, Mary Wise Boxley Parrott of Roanoke; her son, W.L. Cooke Jr. of Charleston, W.Va.; James Boxley Cooke of Baltimore, Md.; her daughter, Sally Ann Meek of Norfolk; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday at St. John's Church, Charleston.
