Wilbur B. Fridley, age 95, of the Richfield Nursing Center, Salem, died Saturday, April 6, 1991. He was a retired bus driver with Safety Motor Transit Company with 43 years service and was a member of the West End Presbyterian Church. Mr. Fridley was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Trina S. Wood. Surviving are his wife, Ida C. Fridley; two daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Virginia and Thane Wood of Murrysville, Pa.; Dorothy F. and Wayne E. Webb of Roanoke; four grandchildren, Bonita Wood Shambaugh, Linda Webb Rowe, Michael W. Webb, and Randall E. Webb; two great-grandchildren, Abbey and Patrick Rowe. Funeral services will be at Oakey's South Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Monday with the Rev. H. D. Scoggins and the Rev. Thomas Clay officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Burial Park. Friends may call at Oakey's South Chapel.
