KING-HALL

Cynthia King and Daniel Hall are engaged and planning to be married September 14, 1991. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W.E. King of Roanoke. She is a senior at Virginia Commonwealth University, and is employed by Richmond Virginia State Accounting Department. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Marshal Hall. He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, and is a partner in graphics design firm of Smith and Hall in Petersburg, Va.
