EPPERLY-TINSLEY

Susan Michele Tinsley and Christopher Lee Epperly were married April 5, 1991 in First Baptist Church. The officiating clergyman was Dr. Charles Fuller. The reception was held at First Baptist Church, Phelps Hall. The matron of honor was Mrs. Beth Turley, cousin of the bride. The bridesmaids were Kerri Hawley and Karen Epperly. Flowergirl was Allison Turley. The best man was Charles W. Epperly, Jr., father of the groom. The ushers were Gregg Flora and Steven Epperly. The candlelighters were Matthew Tinsley and Chris Tinsley. The guestbook was attended by Stephanie Quinn and Jay Joyce. The bride's gown was white satin, antique beading by Illisa. She carried a bouquet of white roses, baby's breath, orchids and Queen Anne's Lace. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Julian C. Tinsley, Jr. of Roanoke. She graduated from Patrick Henry High School and attended Radford University and Virginia Western. She is employed by S.H. Heironimus in Salem. The groom, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles W. Epperly, Jr., of Roanoke, graduated from Northside High School. He is the manager of Rack Room Shoes. The newlyweds will live in Kingsport, Tenn., after the wedding trip to Disney World in Florida.
