WHITLOCK ANNIVERSARY

James (Dick) and Ruby Whitlock of Daleville celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on April 2, 1991. The celebration will be held at Woodman of the World Building on April 7. It will be hosted by their sons and daughters-in-law. The couple were married on April 2, 1941 in Roanoke. She is the former Ruby Hogan. They have three sons, Larry, Douglas (deceased), and Michael, and seven grandchildren. Mr. Whitlock is the retired owner of Custom Seat Cover Shop. Mrs. Whitlock is a retired housewife.
