Rose E. Dumire, age 61, of Roanoke, died Saturday, April 6, 1991, in a local hospital. Surviving are her six children, Sandra Wood, Glen Burnie, Md.; Michael O'Hara, Bristol, Tenn.; Patricia Moore, Harwood, Md.; Robert O'Hara Jr., Virginia; Debra Bush, Edgewater, Md.; Robin O'Hara, Thomas, W.Va.; sixteen grandchildren; two brothers, David Rudd and Joseph Rudd, both of Florida; four sisters, Mary Shrewsbury, Roanoke; Mae Packard, Bel Air, Md.; Bertie Cornwell, Tazewell; Josephine Lawing, Florida; 27 nieces and nephews. Special thanks to her sister, Mary Shrewsbury and family. Funeral services will be conducted at the graveside at the Bel Air Memorial Gardens, Bel Air, Md., 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 9, 1991. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Monday at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel.
