Mr. Raymond Manuel Smith, age 70, of McDowell Avenue, N.W., died Saturday. Survivors include one son, Raymond A. Smith, Roanoke; two daughters, Juanita Cooper and Geraldine Smith, both of Baltimore, Md.; four grandchildren; two sisters, Ella Sellers and Carrie Smith, both of Ohio; one brother, Wesley Smith, Bluefield, W.Va.; one daughter-in-law, Vickie Smith, Roanoke; other relatives and friends.
