Mrs. Celia Anderson, born in 1898, of Gilmer Avenue, N.W., passed away Monday in a local hospital. Survivors include one nephew and six nieces, all of whom she raised as her own, Wilbert Anderson of N.C.; Senia M. Smith, Shirley Smith, Lucille Lewis, Carolyn Baker, Amy Baker, and Chantelle Foster, all of Roanoke; one sister, Louise Morton of Charlotte Court House; a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
