Alvin Lee Haga, age 82, of Bristol, Tenn. died Monday, April 8, 1991, at Bristol Regional Medical Center. He was an elder and trustee of Windsor Avenue Presbyterian Church, served in the U.S. Navy Seabees during World War II, and was a retired employee of Morrison Fibreglass Company. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Wilma Thomas Haga; two sons, Tom Haga and Michael Haga, both of Austin, Texas; two sisters, Mrs. Bruce (Rheba) Casteel, Abingdon; Mrs. F.H. (Bill) Jessee, Gelroy, Calif.; a brother, Carl Frederick Haga, Flounders, N.Y.; three grandsons. Akard Funeral Home of Bristol, Tenn. is in charge. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday in Glenwood Cemetery, Bristol, Tenn. Memorials may be made to the Windsor Avenue Presbyterian Church, Bristol, Tenn. The family will receive friends from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. Tuesday at Akard Funeral Home.
