Russell Floyd Hambrick, age 77 of 411 Murrell Road, N.E., died Sunday, April 7, 1991. He was an Army Veteran of World War II, was a member of American Legion Post #3 and was a retired Inspector for Singer Furniture Co. Survived by his wife, Dorothy E. Hambrick; one daughter and son-in-law, Gail H. and Clyde E. White, Buchanan; three grandchildren, Randy P. White, Roanoke; Johnny Grasic and Debbie, Fairhurst, Conn., and three great-grandchildren; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Ralph E. Hambrick and wife, Mary, Roanoke; Frank Hambrick and wife, Kash, Ormond Beach, Fla. Funeral service will be conducted at graveside Sherwood Memorial Park 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 10, 1991 with Rev. James Millsaps officiating. Friends may call Oakey's North Chapel.
