OBIT MOUNTCASTLE, E.

Elmer C. Mountcastle, age 57, of Roanoke, died Tuesday, April 9, 1991. He was a member of Preston Oaks Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mary Richards Mountcastle; one daughter, Regina Herron, Vinton; one granddaughter, Andrea Herron, Roanoke; one sister, Mrs. Pearlie Draughn, Martinsville; one brother, Marvin W. Mountcastle, Ferrum; one sister-in-law, Meadie Mountcastle, Ferrum. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's North Chapel at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, April 11 with Rev. James R. Millsaps officiating. Burial will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at Oakey's North Chapel where the family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday.
