Theatre Roanoke College will present "Bus Stop" by William Inge tonight through Saturday at 8 p.m. in Olin Theater.
The comedy is set in a Kansas diner where a love-sick cowboy and would-be showgirl are stranded overnight during a snowstorm.
Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for senior citizens and students. For reservations, call Olin box office weekdays from 1 to 4 p.m. at 375-2333.
Zoo admission
Mill Mountain Zoo has ended its winter admission rates. Admission has increased to $3.50 for adults and $2 for ages 3 to 11. Group rates for 10 or more will be $2 for adults, $1.50 for ages 3 to 11.
As of Saturday, the zoo will extend its hours to 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Through Friday closing remains at 4:30 p.m. The ticket booth closes a half hour before the zoo closing. For more information, call 343-3241.
Science classes
Registration for the spring session of Early Science Education classes at the Science Museum of Western Virginia is going on now for members, and begins Sunday for non-members. Registration is by mail only to Science Museum of Western Virginia, One Market Square, Roanoke, Va. 24011.
Six-week sessions are available for 2- to 3-year-olds, 4- to 5-year-olds, and kindergarten through first grade. Classes are limited to 10 per section.
