James Ellis Baker, age 95, of Richfield Nursing Center, Salem, died Tuesday. He was retired from the accounting department of Norfolk & Western Railway. Surviving are his sister, Mrs. Nellie Gross, Salem; and a number of nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 11, 1991 in Mountview Cemetery, Vinton. The Rev. Wayne McCauley will officiate. Friends may call at Oakey's Vinton Chapel.
