`SENIOR WALK AMERICA' SCHEDULED APRIL 19

"Senior Walk America" will be held Friday, April 19 at Bisset Park in Radford beginning at 9:30 a.m. and at Scooters Skate Center in Pulaski, 10 a.m.- noon.

Both events, which are March of Dimes walkathons, are open to all New River Valley seniors of all walking levels.

The Bisset Park event is jointly sponsored by the Radford and Christiansburg senior centers, Radford Community Hospital and the March of Dimes. The Scooters Skate walk is sponsored by the Pulaski Senior Center and the March of Dimes.

Registration forms and sponsor sheets may be picked up at the senior centers. Registration ends April 15. Call your center for information.
