EARL EDWARDS DIES; WAS EX-SUPERVISOR

Earl Theodore Edwards Sr., a former member of the Rockbridge County Board of Supervisors, died Tuesday. He was 74.

Edwards was retired from the Soil Conservation Service, a division of the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

He was also a past president and member of the Fairfield Ruritan Club.
