PVT. CHRISTOPHER S. ST.CLAIR has completed basic training at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo. He is the son of Sue C. and Ronald L. St.Clair of 1539 Bali Hai Drive, Vinton. St.Clair is a 1988 graduate of North Cross High School.

\ NAVY SEAMAN RECRUIT ANTHONY E. REGISTER, son of Wade A. Register Jr. of 1415 Abbey Circle, Vinton, and Patricia Rogers of 1212 Gilford Rd. N.W., has completed training at Recruit Training Command, Orlando, Fla. He is a 1988 graduate of William Byrd High School.

\ MARINE PVT. G. MICHAEL HERSHMAN, son of Gary M. and Linda Hershman of 2816 Titleist Drive, Salem, has completed training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, S.C.

Hershman is a 1990 graduate of Salem High School, joined the Marine Corps Reserve in November 1990.
