NORTON, VA. - Euel Howard Bolling, 74, passed away Wednesday, April 10, 1991, in the Bristol Regional Medical Center, Bristol, Tennessee. He was a retired coal miner for Old Ben Coal Company, member of the UWMA, District 28, Local No. 8017, Suthers Masonic Lodge No. 259, Norton, Va.; Craig Royal Arch Chapter No. 30. He attended the Guest River Pentecostal Church. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Louise Phillips Bolling of Norton, Va.; two sons, Norman E. Bolling of Woodbridge, Va.; and Robert C. Bolling of Buena Vista, Va.; one stepson, Bobby Phillips of Germanton, N. C.; three brothers, Chester Bolling of Richmond, Va.; Clayton Bolling of Chattanooga, Tennessee; and Richard Bolling of Pound, Va.; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Sturgil Funeral Home, Wise, Virginia, is in charge of arrangements. Funeral services for Euel Howard Bolling will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday in the Guest River Pentecostal Church with the Rev. E. B. Bolling officiating. Burial will follow in the Powell Valley Memorial Gardens, Big Stone Gap, Virginia. Graveside services will be conducted by Suthers Masonic Lodge No. 295 and Local Union 8017. The family will receive friends after 6:00 p.m. Friday at Sturgill Funeral Home, Wise, Virginia. Sturgill Funeral Home, Wise, Virginia, is in charge of arrangements. The body will be taken to church one hour before service to lie in state.
